After visiting Penang Botanical Garden, I move to Unique Museum which get attention of people in Penang, Wonderfood Museum. Wonderfood Museum is located in 49, Lebuh Pantai, George Town,10200 Penang. You can grab a taxi or drive a car to reach this museum.
Maybe some of you are thinking that this museum will be consist of food, it's actually yes but not real food. Wonderfood is a food wonderland where the food are made of synthetics, plastic, silicone and mixture of chemicals and materials. When you come to this place, you shouldn't be visiting with your stomach empty because you'll feel hungry looking at it because almost all the food looks so real that you might want to take a bit.
This museum offers visitors a kitsch, kooky and in-depth look at the city's unique food culture with large displays of Malaysians dishes. This museum set within a 1940s colonial building in Georgetown and devide into three galleries called Info Zone, Wow Zone and Educational Zone.
When you entering the museum, you will immediately enter the Malaysia Street food hall, where they showcase lots of street foods..
FYI, this museum was opened for public since 20 November 2015 and the world's first food themed fantasy exhibition to showcase an array of world-class ultra-realistic food replica presentation.
This museum is a place you can know more about Malaysian Food, Malaysian lifestyle and culture. This place also a place for fun and education because there's also miniature display on the development of Penang.
