Tho reach there, you can walk over Charles Bridge in the direction to the Lesser Town and then walk donw the stairs to Kampa. If you come form the south, the best way is to take a tram to Ujezd (6, 9, 22, 23) and walk down Ricni Street that will take you to the Devil's Stream.
Kampa Island also known as Na Kampe is an island which located in Vltava riverside and a little bit same as Ile de la Cite in Paris, Kampa Island is not consist of trees, but it's consist of colorful modern classic buildings.
