Hana Japanese Restaurant is always become my favorite restaurant in Singapore because this is the best one. This restaurant is located at 01-17 Orchand Forum, Singapore and serving a tantalizing collection of dishes that are suitable for group gatherings and casual dining. It presents a variery of dishes, so there is something for everyone on the menu. Hana Restaurant is only a few minutes away from Orchad MRT Station.
Now, I'm gonna taste theirs Flying soba and Udon. Yes, it's literally 'fly' and realy ingenious presentations of the usual Japanese cold noodles, almost like stepping into a trick-eye-museum, or watching a magic show right before my eyes. The noodles were seemingly floating in mid-air, hanging on a pair of levitated chopsticks. Apart from its fascinating presentation, the cold noodles came with an interesting serving of dipping sauces that are different from the usual soca sauce. For this Flying Cha Soba it cost about SGD 18.
This noodle served on stacked zaru, dimsum basket, the dish came with a portion of springly soba, cold tsuyu sauce and Spam Cha Soba Maki, garnished with nori and spring onions. A serving of seasoned onsen tamago serves as an additional dipping sauce, which gave the noodle a richer mouth-feel.
Beside, I also suggest you taste their Chef Special Maki - Salmon Cheese with price about SGD 24. This food are served in a see through drawers with two makis in each level. The flavour and ingredients change from day to day, so be prepared for new surprise whenever you order this dish. The salmon cheese melts right in my mouth, with the aburi salmon being delightfully supple and soft at the same time. It was really delicious.
Well, I highly recommend you to visit this restaurant when you traveling in Singapore, if you craving for Japanese Food. Beside the food were amazing, the price are still reasonable and the service was good :)
